Liam Halawith is a health care, policy, and politics reporter who has led award-winning coverage of Iowa politics, elections, policy, and health at The Daily Iowan and as a news intern at The Gazette. He has a B.A. in Journalism with a minor in Public Policy at the University of Iowa. He specializes in human-centered storytelling, policy reporting, politics reporting, and election coverage.
